You design it. We get it there, beautifully.

Once an order is placed, our courier partner collects the package from you (or from the Zenve inventory hub) and delivers it straight to the customer's door — tracked at every step, and always presented in Zenve branded packaging.

A customer orders your product on Zenve. You and our team are notified instantly with size, variant and address details.

Pack the product in the Zenve branded bag we supply, with the order label attached. Nothing else to arrange.

09 — Designer / Brand Partnership Agreement

Fee ₹35,000 + 18% GST ₹6,300 = ₹41,300 payable — invoiced and paid securely via Razorpay after execution.

Between Zenve Pets Healthcare Private Limited and the Designer named in Schedule A · Term 24 months · Governed by the laws of India.

1.1 Parties

  • This Designer / Brand Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the Effective Date stated in Schedule A by and between Zenve Fashion / Zenve India, acting through its authorised representative (“Zenve”), and the Designer / Brand whose legal details are set out in Schedule A (“Designer”).
  • Zenve and Designer are individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.

1.2 Purpose

  • The Parties intend to establish a structured online-first fashion commerce relationship under which approved Designer products may be curated, onboarded, catalogued, marketed, listed and sold through Zenve’s digital platforms and associated promotional channels.
  • The relationship may cover pet fashion, human fashion, coordinated human-and-pet fashion, accessories, seasonal collections, limited editions and other categories approved by Zenve.

1.3 Nature of Relationship

  • The Parties are independent contracting parties.
  • Nothing creates a partnership in law, franchise, employment, joint venture or agency relationship.
  • Designer has no authority to bind Zenve without specific written authority.
  • Zenve may use technology, logistics, fulfilment, marketing and other service providers.

Schedule F — Marketplace & compliance acknowledgement

  • Zenve operates an online marketplace model. The Parties shall cooperate with applicable Indian consumer/e-commerce, tax, product, privacy and other statutory requirements relevant to their respective roles.
  • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 include obligations concerning marketplace entities and sellers, including written seller contracts, grievance mechanisms, product information, pricing disclosures and seller conduct. Zenve and Designer shall maintain the policies and operational processes required for their respective roles.
  • Personal-data processing shall comply with applicable Indian data-protection law and the applicable implementation timeline, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and their staged commencement provisions.
  • If a mandatory law conflicts with a contractual provision, the mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
